The Christian life is a life of fellowship and responsibility (Romans 1:5).

God’s grace has been given to us for free, so we have a responsibility to share this grace with others. Our responsibility toward this generation is greater because this is a generation of the end times; a time filled with global conflict and struggles.

This book presents to believers and ministers the necessary guidelines and spiritual principles that will enable them to realize their responsibility toward this generation and how to bless it and minister to it.

This book will provide the opportunity to: discover the author’s deep inner spiritual life based on over 40 years of seclusion and ministry; understand the true meaning of blessing according to the word of God; realign and be ready to receive God’s empowering anointing and be newly filled with the Holy Spirit, so that we can take on the challenges ahead, related to our responsibility toward the generation.

파더세라핌(아테프 메시레키) 소개

의학도 시절에 전임 사역자로 주님께 부르심을 받고, 이에 순종하여 의학공부를 마치자마자 독신으로 구별되고 헌신된 이집트 콥틱교회 형제회에 들어갔다. 그후 기도와 말씀으로 사역하면서, 왜 같은 예수님을 믿고 성령님의 도우심으로 사는데 자신은 신약 시대의 사도나 성도들처럼 삶이 변화되지 않는가에 대해 깊이 고민한 끝에 영적 은둔의 시간을 보내기 위해 사막 근처의 수도원으로 간다. 그곳에서 주님이 임재하시는 가운데 이미 외우고 있던 신약의 말씀을 영적으로 깊이 하나하나 새롭게 깨닫는 체험을 한다.
그는 40여년간 사역과 은둔 생활을 번갈아 해오며, 특히 초대교회 영적 아버지들의 우물에 관심을 가졌다. 현대 크리스천들에게는 잊혀진 그 우물에서 솟아나는 풍성한 영적 자원과 생명의 물로 영적 갈증을 풀며, 그렇게 주님께 받은 것들을 몸된 교회들과 최대한 나눠야 한다는 책임감을 느끼고 그 일에 헌신하게 되었다. 이땅의 교회들이 영적인 삶에 깊이 뿌리 내려 마지막 때의 도전들에 맞서고, 동방과 서방의 교회들이 분열되기 이전의 영적 우물물을 맛보며, 그로 인해 예수님의 마음으로 하나가 되어 다시 오실 주님을 기다리고 어린양의 혼인 잔치에 참여할 신부로서 준비되도록 돕고 있다.

Dr. Atef Meshreky 소개

Dr. Atef Meshreky was devoted to his studies in medicine before being called by the Lord to be set apart and to be wholly committed to Him. In response to, and in obedience to the Lord’s calling, He became a consecrated celibate brother of the Coptic Church in Egypt. He began to live a life of serving the Lord in full time ministry, but faced spiritual conflicts and struggles.

He desired a life of holiness, but when he compared his spiritual reality to the picture of the true Christian life portrayed in the New Testament, he realized that there was a disparity. Recurring sins and weaknesses remained inside him, which caused him to deeply yearn for a transformation that could manifest the grace of the New Testament.

Therefore, he entered into spiritual seclusion in one of the desert monasteries. During his years of seclusion of worship, fasting, praying, and studying the word of God, the Lord visited him to teach him rich mysteries and to guide him unto the way of the deep life in the Spirit. He who had already completely memorized the New Testament, also spent many years of seclusion studying the word of God, from Genesis to Revelation, spiritually experiencing the Scriptures in a new and deep way.

In his 40 years of ministry and seclusion, the Lord led him to discover the wells of the early fathers of the Church. These wells, which are forgotten by Christians today, has rich springs and sources of living water of the Church of God that can lead us into deep and fulfilling worship in the Spirit.

He has since dedicated himself to share and commit to the body of Christ, what he has received from the Lord - in order to deepen the spiritual life enabling the Church to face the challenges of the end times, reunite the mind of Christ in the Church east and west, and to prepare the bride for the second coming of Christ and for the wedding of the Lamb.
