스캇 맥나이트(Scot McKnight) *편집자/저자
초기 기독교와 역사적 예수 연구 분야에서 두각을 드러내고 있는 신약학자로, 시카고의 트리니티복음주의신학교에서 석사 학위를, 영국 노팅엄대학교에서 제임스 던의 지도 아래 박사 학위를 받았다. 이후 트리니티복음주의신학교의 신약학 교수, 노스파크대학교 종교학과 칼 올슨 석좌교수를 거쳐 지금은 노던신학교 신약학 교수로 재직 중이다. 신약학 외에도 탄탄한 성경 이해를 바탕으로 다양한 주제에 천착하며 저술과 강연, 기고 등으로 왕성한 활동을 이어 가고 있다.
