공동서신 연구의 권위자이며 WBC 주석 시리즈의 신약 담당 편집자다. 트리니티 복음주의 신학교(M.Div.)와 맨체스터 빅토리아 대학교(Ph.D.)에서 수학했으며, 휴스턴 신학대학원의 객원 교수로 있다.
