This book openly critiques the work of Tom Wright. I believe he is destroying the gospel foundations of the Reformed Church.1 This book does not offer a critique simply for the sake of critique. It seeks to restore and advance the truths of the Reformed Church as it looks forward to the 500th anniversary of the Reformation. I believe Reformation theology offers the most accurate exposition of Scripture. - p. 6 -

The atoning cross of Christ is the only way to enter into the kingdom of God. It is the only foundation for hope for mankind. And this precious blood of Jesus is the heart of the gospel. But by replacing the word ¡°blood¡± with the ¡°kingdom of God,¡± Tom Wright has brought a dangerous trial into the church of Christ. We must not be deceived. - p. 39 -

Considering all this, when Jesus spoke of the kingdom of God, he was not only referring to his reign, but the place where this reign is exercised. Therefore to deny the truth that ¡°believers go to heaven when they die¡± is unbiblical and neglects one of the great hopes of personal salvation. - p. 125-
